Cradle Of Love was founded by Sharmaine Meadows, who believes that no two clients are the same. That’s why our home care services are customized with a “my client, my myself” approach. Keeping the client's independence and needs and services at the forefront of the Care Plan.
Sharmaine founded Cradle as a labor of love to not only help adults, seniors, and the disabled, but to also provide quality employment solutions for underserved and underprivileged groups. By founding a multi-million dollar non-medical home health agency, she empowers those in need at all levels of the community and beyond.
